How removal costs are estimated

Removal costs depend primarily on the truck volume your items occupy. The estimate below shows how that volume is judged before any loading begins.

Volume is measured in truck fractions

Each load is compared against the capacity of a standard truck. A quarter, half, or full truck gives a clear reference point for the final quote.

Items are assessed as a whole, so a crowded garage and a single large piece are each measured by the space they actually take up.

What shapes a quote

Three factors that set the price

Truck volume

The share of a truck your items fill is the main driver of the quote. Larger volumes take more time and capacity.

Heavy materials

Dense items such as concrete, dirt, or stacked masonry weigh more than their volume suggests and are priced accordingly.

Access and loading

Item location on the property, stairs, and the distance to the truck all affect total loading time and therefore the final quote.
